Angove Special Blend Recipe 2012 Red Blend
This 2012 Red Blend is from South
Australia. It is a blend 50% Shiraz, 30% Grenache, and 20% Petit Verdot. The
red blend, “The Recipe”, is a modern take on Dr. Angove’s original red wines
and features a rich nose of tart, dark berries with a hint of spice, leather
and oak. Dark, rich, tart blue & red berry flavors on the palate. Has a
nice aftertaste that lingers. A nice round balance of flavor, it's medium-bodied
with a rich full finish that would go
great with red meats, red pastas or meaty stews.
